Read Security Data failed (666) error.

Assalamo alikum.
Dear members, I am facing a problem today. whenever i try to repair imei of vivo y21 model# v2111. is gives this "Read Security Data failed (666)" security is 1-december-2021. Yesterday I did repair its imei. but today it wouldn't.
Its getting irritating. yesterday i repaired vivo y16 with july 2023 security, and now its giving me this 666 error.
