Problem logging into account and forgetting password dft pro

I haven't been able to log into my dft account for a while.
It says both on the site and on the software that the username and password are incorrect. I haven't changed my password or username. I tested with and without a VPN. More importantly, I don't receive the reset/password email. I also checked my own email in my email.
