IMEI repair NV Method(Resistant)

I tried the new Qualcomm method on the note 10 pro (sweetin), but it seems to break to NV data and make the device keep restarting with no IMEI numbers. The only way to fix this issue was to use the recovery sideload (Mi Assistant state) to wipe EFS and get back old IMEIs.

Is the method broken or only like this for this device?

First you must change rsa resistor, then you can be able to repair security nv method.

can you please show me where it is located or any similar phone? and to what value I should change it.
