its seems you have selected the right options for this device..after perform a factory reset if still can not connect the modem there must be two reasons
1 baseband maybe damaged
2 phone's security patch is too high and need downgrade or eng modem
btw try to select generic2 option and repair over brom or preloader..if supported than fix dl image error
