My DFT Pro account is not working. I recently purchased a new activation, and although the activation was successful and the account shows as active, I still cannot log in.
I'm also not receiving the OTP code for the password reset, so I'm unable to reset the account or access it. The activation is active, but the account is not working at all.
Kindly look into this issue and fix it for me. If there is any solution, please let me know. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.
