Hello DFT Tool, I want to retrieve my work history from 10/12/2025 to 12/12/2025 because I repaired an Infinix X683B. I now want to restore it exactly to its previous state as the customer paid me and I gave him 5 hours. Please help

hello as i told you...history not saved by tool...if you repair dual imei of theese devices and than if anticrack triggered you need a paid solution for fix anticrack issue

I did a repair. Then after one day, the phone got locked, as if it was brought from another country. Now what I need is to restore the original IMEI so that I can pay for the unlock service. I hope I have made myself clear.

hello.. remove mdm (carlcare service remove) with eft-pro........btw without original imei its impossible to remove from server...its not your fault...device allready locked before you perform repair in factory

No matter what, I hope the DFT team will look into my request for help. Since I used the DFT tool for the repair, the logs should definitely be available in the system. I hope they check it for me.
