Hello. I am getting an error "Could not verify update status. Check your connection and try again" when trying to log into DFT Pro on Windows 11.I have already tried: clean reinstall of the latest software version, disabling Windows Defender, flushing DNS, changing the internet provider (mobile hotspot), and using a VPN. Hello. I am already using the latest version DFT Pro v8.9.0.
Before opening this thread, I tried everything: reinstalled the software, wiped AppData folders, and tried both my local ISP and mobile hotspot data provider.
I also completely reset the network protocols via netsh winsock reset and netsh int ip reset, and thoroughly flushed DNS via ipconfig /flushdns (as Administrator).
Furthermore, I used Proton VPN with the "Stealth" protocol on different servers (Netherlands, Norway, USA), and my tracert dftpro.com shows a perfect connection directly to the Cloudflare IP (104.26.13.245), but the tool still throws the error "Could not verify update status. Check your connection and try again."
Please check if my username Fayzalizoda or my current IP/HWID range is accidentally blocked on your authentication server side. Thank you!

There are no restrictions on your account or IP address; please check your computer.

issue can be related with russia own restrictions
use cloudflare free vpn
Proton vpn has many port restrictions , tunelling few ports only,80,443,993 etc

I have carefully followed all your instructions. There are absolutely no antivirus blocks or network restrictions on my computer:

1. Windows Defender and Firewall are completely disabled.
2. Network cache has been cleared (ipconfig /flushdns) and protocols reset (netsh winsock reset).
3. Systematic network security TLS 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 are explicitly verified and enabled in Internet Options.
4. The tool folder was completely moved to another local partition (D:\DFTPRO) to bypass any Windows 11 system write permissions.
5. I switched from Proton VPN to Planet VPN (Germany server). The connection is established successfully, but the software still loops for a long time and drops the exact same error: "Could not verify update status."

Since tracert dftpro.com shows that the packets reach your Cloudflare infrastructure perfectly, it is clear that Cloudflare is silently blocking or dropping the SSL authentication requests originating from my software client in this region.
Please kindly escalate this issue to the senior administrator or developer team to check the authentication backend server logs for my username Fayzalizoda. Thank you.

My network status shows "Connected" inside the Cloudflare app, and all other VPNs (Planet/Proton) are completely disabled to avoid any conflicts.
However, when running DFT Pro v8.9.0 as Administrator from D:\DFTPRO, it still results in the exact same error: "Could not verify update status. Check your connection and try again."
Since Hostekibi previously confirmed there are no restrictions on my account Fayzalizoda, and even the official Cloudflare WARP tunnel cannot bypass the update check, there must be a bug in how version 8.9.0 handles server authentication responses in my specific region or HWID block. Please escalate this thread directly to the senior administrators or developers for a manual log check.
