u need an unlocked bootloader and root...and you can not update device after repair if you want stock camera app.. follow my way or make cpid repair...root will cause more problems than that

unlock bootloader temporary option allows you for one-time flashing chance....certificate is about your imei or your device's region firmware..you can manualy add server your device googe key and make works again..search in youtube

Sorry for disturb but i tried to register devices in google play , no one device is not registered and i did it for twice and not works , i am continue to test it and search solution if the tool is working okay i dont have more...
