DFT Pro Not Opening

Hello everyone. I have a problem. Whenever I open the DFT Pro device app, it keeps disappearing from the screen. When I try to open it again, it deletes my login and passwords and asks me to type again. If I type the Login and Password again and press the open button, it goes out of the screen again.
